My favorite way to meal-prep a hearty breakfast for my family!
I really like this concept as it reduces a lot of stress throughout the week. You can prepare these in advance over the weekend and either freeze or refrigerate them!
Here's what I do:
I start by preparing my meat! I like to use either turkey bacon or breakfast sausage. I will make enough for a few sandwiches! I fry an egg and pre-toast an English muffin. Once the English muffin is toasted, I will go ahead and butter it. Then I'll add my fried egg, a few slices of cheese, and my meat. Put the sandwich together, wrap it in tinfoil and put it into the fridge or freezer.
In the morning, whoever is eating the sandwich, can take it out of the tinfoil and pop it into the airfryer or microwave/toaster oven to crisp it up! Wrap it back up and away you go - it's ready to eat when you're hungry.
